possible.
2. Estimate production & quote a cost on MOQ
TIMM will work out a proposal solution after a full understanding of client needs. And then
go on further communication with clients for the solution until a contract is made.
3. Client Contract & Payment
Client pay 30% of total sum as deposit after the sign of contract. Then TIMM start
production.
4. Inspection & Acceptance
Once the products come out for inspections, packing, client is asked to pay the residual
balance of 70% before delivery.
5. Quality after-sale & further cooperation
TIMM offer free maintenance and lower cost parts replacement, as well as technical support
after sale. TIMM professional team offer all-in-one expert tailor-made service ranging from measuring
purpose, solutions, tool design, product manufacturing schedule, test, calibration, to
after-sale user instruction, technical support to meet all kinds of client measuring
requirements. When clients use and find that custom tools are not up to the norm on the
contract, a replacement and improvement can be requested until your satisfaction.
