2. Packing
TIMM provides free protective or safe packaging for order delivery. All TIMM measuring tools are packed in an individual case for storage. Each order is shipped with hard packing to avoid accidental breakage. This is applied to retail order only. Special packing can be required for batch wholesale and customized products.
3. Shipping
Usually a small order will be delivered by EMS, SF, UPS, TNT, DHL express and large quantity order or batch order by sea shippemnt. The cost of freight is follow the destination country to calculate. Delivery time will be confirmed within 48 hours upon the receipt of your payment. This is not applicable for customized goods on your requirement or the goods out of stock. Note:
1) Online real-time order tracking (code and site URL) only for express delivery.
2) That is out of TIMM control: Extra duties and taxes is if required or not when you claim the package in your country.
